What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will drive a strong safety culture by ensuring site compliance with Linde Loss Prevention System, OSHA Process Safety Management, and EPA Risk Management Program
  • Serve as backup Site Security Officer to Plant Manager and participate in annual DHS Security Inspection
  • You will coordinate or lead impactful plant Safety Meetings, including selecting relevant topic, developing clear and engaging presentations, and keeping the team aligned with all safety standards
  • Champion the OSHA VPP Star Program, serving as primary contact and manage participation in regular OSHA meetings and updates
  • Responsible for maintaining all required meeting minutes, attendance, and training records for safety meeting topics and ensure training needs are identified and documented
  • You are expected to oversee plant-wide Contractor Safety Program and conduct routine Contractor Safety Information classes
  • Maintain strict compliance with hazardous waste regulations, and local environmental permitting, while managing required reporting to agencies
  • Lead incident investigations with a root-cause mindset, develop effective corrective actions, and drive implementation to enhance overall workplace safety

What makes you great

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on experience that demonstrates strong capability
  • You will have at least five (5) years of industry experience, bringing proven knowledge and practical insight
  • Demonstrated experience with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA Risk Management Program (RMP)-critical for success in this role
  • Active or prior involvement in industrial safety organizations, such as ASSP, is strongly preferred and showcases your commitment to safety excellence
