What you will enjoy doing*

  • You are expected to lead commercial engagement with key OEMs to identify growth opportunities for existing and new product lines, driving commercialization with technology, engineering, and supply chain teams
  • Drive ESG growth strategy by analyzing customer roadmaps, needs, technical alternatives, demand drivers, market capacity, share, and competitor pricing
  • Bridge sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment
  • You will develop tactical product line roadmaps and execute new product features in partnership with engineering and operations, defining technical packages to support growth
  • Assist in pricing strategy development and implementation, supporting sales with responses to customer requests and leading cost reviews and margin analysis
  • You are going to develop business cases for fleet additions and capacity upgrades, coordinate product specification alignment, and manage source changes with cross-functional teams
  • Oversee business continuity planning, supply chain performance, vendor management, production capacity, logistics alignment, and quality assurance to meet current and future product demand
  • Identify and present merger and acquisition opportunities to senior management, collaborating with corporate and M& A groups, while managing the ESG product line budget

What makes you great

  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field with at least 10 years of commercial success in electronics products and new product development
  • Deep understanding of ESG product portfolio and supply chains, with strong commercial negotiation skills
  • You have experience in lab or quality environments preferred, with working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and related management systems
  • Proven ability to operate independently in complex business environments, managing multiple priorities with effective follow-through
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, bridging sales, engineering, operations, and purchasing
  • You are skilled in developing and executing pricing strategies, cost analysis, and margin optimization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities at all organizational levels
