Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from
$92, 000 to
$149, 500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors .
What you will do We are seeking dynamic and innovative Social Marketing Brand Activation Leads to join our team to support various brands in our iconic portfolio. This role will be pivotal in leveraging social listening, community engagement, and influencer partnerships to elevate to drive meaningful consumer connections and elevate brand relevance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social platforms and social trends, a passion for community engagement, and a strategic mindset for developing and activating our brand social strategy including, activating influencer partnerships across various channels.
We are hiring Social Marketing Activation Leads to support our Digestive Health & Eye Care, Aveeno and Pediatric Motrin, Allergy and Wound beloved brands. Depending on the brand, additional responsibly within social listening, influencer marketing and paid social may be more prevalent.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, shape and execute social and influencer strategy including:
Social Listening: - Analyze trends, behaviors, and conversations to identify opportunities for brand activation.
- Integrate social listening insights into the local brand teams' workflows to enhance dynamic content creation, community engagement, and new product development (NPD) opportunities.
Community Engagement: - Cultivate and maintain context-appropriate behaviors that add value to social communities, aligned with brand equity and tone.
- Develop and deploy organic content at scale, including both proactive and reactive strategies.
- Engage in online conversations across owned and external channels that complement brand activations while maintaining brand voice.
Organic Creators and Influencers. In partnership with Communications ABMs or other members of the brand teams:
- Drive continuous reach and relevance through authentic and engaging storytelling in partnership with broader Brand Growth team.
- Identify and build a roster of agencies and platforms for creators and influencers.
- Facilitate faster content approvals to keep pace with social media dynamics.
- Define and oversee the end-to-end influencer campaign management process.
Paid Social (Influencer Content): - Establish an operating model for effective paid boosting of creator/influencer content in partnership with Communications ABM's or other members of the brand teams.
- Develop paid media boosting guidelines tailored for creators and influencers.
Social Commerce: - Foster discovery in emerging channels and establish an affiliate model for creators and influencers.
- Merchandise and create a best-in-class digital shelf for product visibility.
- Develop and activate a creator network focused on performance marketing.
- Ensure seamless integration of influencer and brand ambassador activations with trade planning efforts.
Data and Measurement: - Measure investment impacts and deliver actionable insights to drive incremental sales.
- Collaborate with in-house performance data agencies to create an integrated data platform.
- Track influencer and creator activations, campaigns, fees, and budgets for effective management; enable real-time optimizations through performance tracking.
- Leverage AI-fueled insights generated through platform partnerships for strategic decision-making.
What we are looking for Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or brand activation.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience is required.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and community management practices.
Desired Qualifications
- Owners' mindset, self-starter who is looking to bring their love of social media to elevate Kenvue brands
- Experience as a creator, creative agency experience or other art/creative field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to own and develop brand social strategies
- Experience living into brand equity and tone of voice
- Experience within in Skin Health and Beauty or OTC products
- Passion about social media, influencer marketing and building meaningful connections with communities
