Role reports to: SR. SITE LEADER
Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit
Work Location: Hybrid
What you will do The Site Lead EM Ops assure the compliance to all quality control policies, procedures and systems to ensure the timely release of high-quality product in support of the supply chain process. Also is responsible for self-identifying site gaps and risks, then working with multi-disciplinary teams and leadership to develop, complete and maintain action plans and site strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee capacity, materials, costs, quality, Environmental Health & Safety (EH& S), and business continuity plans to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Cascade strategic and tactical plans to develop team understanding of their roles in achieving higher-level goals at the Area, Site, and Company levels.
- Influence EM network strategies and lead cross-functional teams in managing larger or complex projects, including new site start-ups and multi-region initiatives.
- Manage site spending and project budgets, delivering on Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) to meet company spend reduction targets.
- Ensure supplier compliance with agreements, manage cost effectively, and lead multi-disciplinary teams for issue resolution while maintaining professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Engineering, Business or other technical degree.
- Minimum 6 years related experience required.
- Operations experience to effectively handle production at an EM site. In-depth knowledge and experience in OTC ingestible products including monograph and NDA products.
- Experience in establishing and monitoring and reacting to Key Performance Indicators and Supply Agreement requirements for critical vendors is preferred.
- Proven experience in efficiency in establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with internal and external business partners to meet tactical and strategic business needs is required.
- Demonstrated technical project leadership capabilities with experience working in a cross-functional team is required.
Desired Qualifications
- MA/MS/MBA desirable.
- Knowledge of planning systems such as ERP, MRP, and/or SAP. Additional background in planning, QA, project management, sourcing, process excellence and/or technical operations.
What's in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$124, 100.00 - $175, 200.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
