What you will do We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to enable business growth through the delivery of Tech & Data (T& D) capabilities in North America (NA). The Senior Manager, T& D Leader North America, will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end NA T& D strategy by aligning market needs with global T& D/capability strategy, leading the integrated planning and operational processes, directly leading targeted T& D initiatives, as well as driving the adoption and literacy of AI/Digital Technologies to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of IT leadership, technical depth, business acumen, and expertise in product-centric methodologies within complex, global, enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the NA T& D Strategy and target state ecosystem by aligning market needs with Global T& D/capability strategy
- Lead the Integrated Planning processes for NA T& D to develop and maintain a business-driven, architecturally-aligned roadmap that maximizes impact and speed to value
- Collaborate across business functions, global product lines, and technology services teams, facilitating prioritization, trade-offs, and interdependency management
- Partner with the Strategic Portfolio team to establish frameworks, governance, artifacts, tooling, and cadences
- Partner with other regional T& D teams to ensure consistency in the adoption of operating norms and share best practices
- Drive performance measurement and metric tracking, focusing on business value realization, product performance (e.g., HEART Metrics), and technical performance (e.g., availability, up-time, incidents, etc.)
- Drive adoption and literacy of AI; champion the identification, evaluation, implementation, and scaling of AI use cases that drive growth, improve decision-making, and unlock efficiencies
- Directly lead targeted initiatives and products, delivering with executional excellence, maximizing impact and speed to value, and managing relevant budgets and resources
- Shape and support NA T& D operations, including leadership of team rituals, agendas, calendar, and communications
- Foster a culture of impact, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Foster an environment of professional growth, accountability, and collaborative success
- Serve as strategic advisor and change leader:
- Act as a thought partner to leadership on digital and AI strategy, enterprise agility, and growth enablement
- Communicate strategy, progress, and impact to senior stakeholders across the enterprise
What we are looking forRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required; Advanced degree in Technology, Business Strategy/Administration or related field is preferred
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
- 7+ years of Digital Strategy experience
- Strategic thinking and deep understanding of business strategy, competitive landscape, business drivers/processes, and the ability to relate priorities to associated technology investments
- Strategic thinking across a broad spectrum of digital technologies, AI, and data relevant to the CPG value chain (Marketing, Sales, Innovation/R& D, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Strong strategy development, analytical thinking, problem solving, learning agility, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong execution and organizational skills, proactive planning and ability to anticipate stakeholder needs
- Strong acumen in financial management of large, complex, global investment portfolios and experience leading strategic planning cycles
- Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, DevOps, and modern product management principles
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing products, large programs and projects
- Demonstrated experience engaging and communicating with executive leadership
- Ability to influence across functional boundaries, leading through ambiguity and complexity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
What's in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$152, 150.00 - $214, 800.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
