What you will do As the Senior Manager of NA MarTech Capabilities, you will play a pivotal role in
representing the North American region while partnering with the Global MarTech leader.
Your primary focus will be on understanding and addressing local business needs,
supporting the implementation of global systems, and driving adoption of Kenvue's
commercial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Representation: Partner with the Global MarTech leader to advise on
regional commercial systems and processes, ensuring alignment with local
business requirements. - Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new opportunities to meet
unique local business needs, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Partnership Evaluation: Collaborate with Global teams to evaluate potential new
technology partners that align with Kenvue's strategic goals. - Product Requirements Management: Aggregate, shape, and prioritize local
product requirements for collaboration with Global teams, ensuring that regional
needs are met. - Budget and Resource Planning: Oversee budget management and resource
planning to support MarTech initiatives effectively. - Change Management: Lead change management efforts in the U.S ., including
communication strategies and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate
requirements. - Adoption and Training: Drive the adoption of global Kenvue commercial systems
and processes by mastering product knowledge, facilitating ongoing upskilling, and
supporting measurement and reporting initiatives. - Value Optimization: Identify opportunities to unlock increased value from existing
MarTech capabilities and systems. - Training Support: Support the training of global Kenvue systems and processes
within the North America region, including content development, stakeholder
mapping, and securing appropriate timing in alignment with leadership. - Hypercare Leadership: Lead hypercare initiatives to ensure smooth transitions
during system implementations and upgrades. - Ongoing Training: Provide continuous training for new hires and rotations, ensuring
they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills. - First-Line Support: Act as the first point of contact for the business regarding day-
to-day capability questions, concerns, and needs, ensuring timely resolutions. - Vendor Liaison: Liaise with vendors to support systems and processes, including
education on new features, management of Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase
Orders (POs), and budget oversight.
What we are looking for Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related
field - A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience, with a strong preference for candidates with systems and process experience.
- A minimum of 8 years business experience
- Proven track record in managing MarTech initiatives or similar roles in a corporate
environment. - Familiarity with commercial systems, marketing technologies, and digital tools.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and actionable
insights. - Ability to aggregate and prioritize product requirements effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate stakeholder
engagement and drive change management efforts. - Proven ability to develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and drive collaboration
across teams and regions. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

What's in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119, 000 to $205, 850. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
