What you will do

Supply Chain Tech & Data Product Lines (PLs) are responsible for the technological direction and serve as a critical point of contact for business and other technology partners. As a product owner, you will work with Business Leaders and other technology partners to identify and prioritize solutions for your product line and own the consistent implementation of these solutions across the business. You will exhibit strong influence and real passion for driving the organization towards consistent technology solutions aligned to our overall Tech & Data strategy. You will need to continuously improve throughput of the various product line organization and ensure that value is realized by the business through the Global Plan technology solution and capabilities. You will have a strong view of external IT capabilities in the market and how they can be applied to drive business value for Kenvue.

In this role, you will be part of the Global Plan Tech & Data team. You will be responsible for developing and articulating the vision, strategy and roadmap for our planning system capabilities for Kenvue. You will collaborate closely with our business partners to continually improve our end-to-end planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the priorities for Consumer Planning products Globally including platforms and applications in the production planning and detailed scheduling space
  • Lead global rollouts of planning application for the product line, partnering with business deployment lead starting with US deployment
  • Understand the business needs and priorities for the product
  • Responsible for "building the right thing, " realizing product line roadmap, goals and business value
  • Oversee projects for product development initiatives
  • Improve return on investment by identifying and prioritizing the product features by business value
  • Work with the business to see what items (story points) are built and which are backlogged based on capacity
  • Ensure the quality of solution build
  • Own development estimates and understand how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements
  • Report back to the business on status of the delivery of features, functionality and applications
  • Establish clear vision for the multi-generation product strategy
  • Effectively communicate vision and strategy to peers, partners, stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Break silos and build deep relationships with all cross-functional teams within Supply Chain, Make and enabling functions to align on priorities, schedule, cost, and ensure successful execution of scope
  • Lead application life cycle management
  • Ensure reliability for applications and platforms within the product line
  • Collaborate closely with Technology Service to report the performance of applications
  • Partner with business owner to ensure delivery of the product SLAs
  • Review and approve changes to the planning applications
  • Drive OMP Global Planning deployments across different regions partnering with business and other technology teams and managing interdependencies with other parallel strategic programs


What we are looking for

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, ideally in the field of computer science
  • 10+ years of technology leadership, including 7+ years of Planning and/or ERP systems, and Application Design and Support within a manufacturing company, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Extensive experience of deploying Planning systems including OMP and APO in multiple regions with complex IT and Data Architecture
  • Very strong process knowledge in production planning and detailed scheduling
  • High level of experience in SAP ERP processes and data models, particularly those integrating with Plan, e.g., Production Planning, Material Management, Sales & Distribution
  • Experience implementing complex optimization solvers in both SNP Networks and Production plants
  • Experience and background in end-to-end supply chain planning processes, e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Advanced planning capabilities
  • Experience with implementing large projects ($10MM+)
  • Experience working with/managing large, culturally diverse, global teams
  • Experience driving business value through information technology
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing operational technological processes within a global organization
  • Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and anticipate/identify and breakdown complex problems and drive solutions
  • Strive for continuous improvements to drive efficiencies and progress towards agile ways of working fit for a Consumer Health digital organization
  • Ensure appropriate and effective communication flow among stakeholders and leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result


What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$152, 150.00 - $214, 800.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
