What you will do

The Senior Brand Manager will lead the US growth ambition of our US RogaineĀ® Hair regrowth. In this capacity, they will be responsible for the design of a consumer-centric strategic vision, in-depth portfolio management and robust activation plan across our national and retail landscape. This candidate will lead a cross-functional US team in service of the US market needs and lead a team of direct reports to achieve our goals. They will report into a US Head of Rogaine who oversees the global brand including Innovation, Engagement and Commercial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, lead and execute business and strategic plans to meet future needs and expectations of each brand, including monitoring market dynamics to develop and/or change strategic and tactical marketing plans.
  • Achieve sales, consumption, and share objectives
  • Guide the development and refinement of current and future forecast for all brands, providing monthly updates; oversee budget to support financial objectives and accurate delivery of the P& L.
  • Partner with advertising, media, PR and influencer agencies to set communication strategies and develop integrated campaigns that maximize consumer reach and business results.
  • Leads the commercialization and in-market execution of product launches; including partnering with sales to plan and execute retail programs; providing support for future pipeline development, partnering with innovation team to ensure proper forecast, insights, ideation, positioning and subsequent hand-off to brand team for launching.
  • Leads cross-functional teams that may include R& D, Sales, Design, Packaging, Market Research, Finance, and Operations to develop and manage marketing objectives, goals and strategies.
  • Leads HCP plan including development of Medical aid assets, driving detailing plan in partnership with HCP teams and Operations.
  • Plans and directs the performance of up to 2 direct reports: motivates employees, assists in goal setting and coaching, provides development and growth opportunities, leads performance feedback, addresses issues and resolves problems.
  • Creates a high-performance culture that instills integrity, creativity, teamwork, insight and excellence throughout the marketing organization.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional, diverse teams through a complex business environment.
  • Ability to manage a complex portfolio.


What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a business-related field is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of business experience is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive commercial experience is required.
  • Marketing or sales experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods environment is required.
  • Previous people management experience is required.
  • Previous agency management experience is required.
  • Requires up to 20% domestic travel.
  • Candidate must have superior leadership skills. Demonstrated track record of successful business results and new product launch experience is required.
  • Experience through different product life cycles (mature brand, new launch, turnaround).
  • P& L/financial management and business/strategic planning experience are required.


What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$153, 850.00 - $217, 200.00
This considers several factors, including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
