What you will do Creative has been proven to be the #1 performance driver in advertising. The Manager, Partnerships Lead will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our agency strategy, roster management, and overarching processes to maximize the creative impact and value derived from our partnerships. This position will work across various segments and markets to understand brand strategies, increase creative effectiveness, and utilization of agency talent and budget. The Manager will focus on driving business growth through strategic partnerships and creative agency collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in shaping a global agency strategy and roster, ensuring alignment with the company's value proposition, business objectives and overall creative effectiveness.
- Support the management of non-working media efforts related to agency rosters, driving efficient and effective models globally. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that shift non-working media into working media to fuel growth.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to enhance brand performance, foster creative effectiveness, and support innovation goals that contribute to building industry-leading brands.
- Establish a framework for effective collaboration between partners and the internal team, ensuring alignment with the Kenvue operating model.
- Leverage relationships and spending power to drive value and efficiency within agency partnerships.
- Oversee the ongoing roster management and scoping process in partnership with procurement and brand teams, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Identify and assess capability gaps by collaborating closely with global and local market teams, ensuring Kenvue remains competitive.
- Support the development of best practices in partnerships by aligning resources and designing win-win frameworks that elevate business outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team to maintain a competitive edge.
- Help design partnership strategies that showcase Kenvue's successes with external partners, including case studies, industry awards, and conference appearances.
- Contribute to the development of a clear remuneration strategy and program for the agency roster, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
What we are looking forRequired Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in agency roles and/or brand management, with a focus on partnership development.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative excellence, content execution, and consumer experience.
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving value with creative agencies.
- Experience in designing and scaling programs that engage and incentivize partners effectively.
- Ability to set clear directions and guide teams toward achieving objectives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate team members and stakeholders.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with a knack for connecting the dots across teams.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes.

What's in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$124, 100.00 - $175, 200.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
