What you will do

The Manager, Global Product Resiliency is responsible for leading research and development activities including managing specific ingredient strategies, providing scientific direction, and managing various resiliency projects. The incumbent will serve as a guardian of the responsible material management program and work with various cross-functional teams across enterprise including product development, safety, regulatory affairs, government affairs, and legal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing global product resiliency strategies to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks to product development and delivery
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to assess and enhance resilience of the global product portfolio
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in to drive continuous improvement
  • Leading and directing research projects to identify opportunities for improvement and achieve business goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features for product resiliency
  • Ensuring project timelines and milestones are met to generate timely results
  • Providing scientific direction and leadership for product development projects
  • Presenting research programs at senior management meetings


Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Government Affairs, Product Development, or related field
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or relevant field
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals


What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$141, 950.00 - $200, 400.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
