Rate of Pay: $ 177, 736 - $ 189, 000 /year

Job Duties: Plan, design, and implement support for datacenter builds for Kenvue globally in NA, EMEA, and ASPAC co-locations with various zones like CIS, B2B, Meraki, EPA SD-WAN, and Spine Leaf architecture. Plan, design, and implement support for Kenvue's on-prem data centers and design future Kenvue's data center connectivity from SD-WAN to dark fiber. Design and plan Kenvue's Meraki solutions globally. Set up and manage Kenvue's Cisco SD-WAN network. Conduct POC and testing for SD-WAN optimization (e.g., Full DIA, SIG integration with zScaler, Cloud on ramp, etc.). Support and implement P2P network connectivity setup between Kenvue and JnJ for all three regions. Build Catalyst Center clusters in high availability for NA and EMEA Consumer COLO for wired and wireless assurance. Conduct POC for Catalyst Center wired assurance. Analyze different vendors like Juniper/Arista and conduct POC to define the roadmap for Kenvue's on-prem architecture. Design Juniper Mist Wireless solution for Kenvue Global wireless network architecture. Implement all three Consumer CO-LO network connectivity with Cloud and ensure everything works as expected. Support delivery and operations team for SD-WAN migration and other activities. Create network documentation knowledge base (Confluence Page) and provide technical trainings to support teams. Set up and manage Kenvue's network lab for SD-WAN and Catalyst Center testing. Coordinate with global vendors and perform audits and quality checks on new deployments. Build and test new solutions for SD-WAN, Switching, Meraki, Juniper, etc. Monitor and review work performed by the team on a daily or weekly basis and provide knowledge transfer on ongoing projects. Perform network changes in the environment for problem determination and incident resolution. Coordinate with stakeholders and project managers on new projects, their scope of work, prepare technical approach, milestones, implementation plan, testing and validation approach, risk analysis, rollback plans, etc. Conduct network assessment and documentation (including technical, operational, and economic assessment) and hand over to operations team.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related field and five years of experience in job offered or in a Core Network Engineer Support-related occupation.
