What you will do The Coordinator will play a critical role in keeping our fast-paced Marketing team running smoothly. This candidate will provide direct administrative support to two senior marketing leaders-managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling travel logistics. As the Coordinator grows in the role, they will take on marketing projects. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ins and outs of marketing while contributing to meaningful work across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, expense reporting, confidential correspondence, file management, and office supply coordination.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for senior team members, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements; prepare and reconcile expense reports
- Support the planning and execution of marketing projects, with increasing ownership over time.
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems; compile data, statistics, and background materials as needed.
- Monitor key deadlines and proactively provide reminders to relevant staff.
- Help plan and coordinate team events as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Welcome and assist vendors and visitors, ensuring professional and friendly experience.
- Help maintain a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong interest in marketing and a desire to grow within the field
- High degree of professionalism and positive demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail with follow-through
- Highly organized and ability to prioritize
- Excellent working knowledge and proven ability of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn new programs and web-based applications quickly
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, manage time with above average attention to detail and accuracy and can have the ability to work under tight timelines is required
- Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic team/matrix environment is required
What's in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$74.757, 50 - $105.540, 00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
