What you will do The Chief of Staff, Global Operations is a pivotal, execution-focused role responsible for developing and implementing the Global Operations Strategic Plan and driving transformational initiatives. This position will lead a global team and will regularly engage with senior leadership to align end-to-end Operations strategy, ensuring effective integration with operating and annual plans. The Chief of Staff, Global Operations oversees the Acquisitions & Divestitures Operations Team. As a member of the Global Operations Leadership Team, this role serves as Chief of Staff to the Chief Operations Officer, orchestrating global strategic priorities, enabling effective decision-making, and aligning cross-functional teams. You will act as a strategic thought partner and change catalyst, helping shape the future of Supply Chain and Operations for Kenvue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the Global Operations strategy, incorporating functional inputs into operating plan cycle in line with Kenvue targets and OKRs
- Manage Acquisitions & Divestitures (A& D) Operations for Kenvue and lead operational aspects of due diligence and deal execution
- Prioritize and execute a diverse range of strategic initiatives, exercising appropriate discretion on confidential and time-sensitive matters
- Support the COO and Global Operations Leadership Team by establishing rhythms to achieve quarterly, annual, and multi-year internal and external priorities
- Define and oversee Global Operations OKRs, partnering with the Integrated Performance Management Team to monitor and ensure the achievement of goals
- Facilitate the COO's agenda through meeting orchestration, action planning, and alignment with business priorities
- Prepare and/or coordinate development of a variety of materials for COO, including board presentations, investor presentations, and additional internal and external presentations
- Collaborate across end-to-end Operations (Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality), Global Strategy, Finance, Communications, Government Affairs, and Corporate Development while managing relationships with external stakeholders.
What we are looking forRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 12 years of related business experience including at least 5 years in functional specialties such as Procurement, Commercial, Supply Chain, or a Technical Field within the CPG/FMCG industry
- Proven experience in strategy development, planning, translating strategy into actionable execution plans
- Strong process and project management skills with demonstrated leadership of global cross-functional teams
- Experience in change management, with a proven track record of negotiation, influencing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to evolving business needs and priorities
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills with a history of building trusted relationships with senior leaders
- Exceptional executive-style communication and presentation skills (verbal, written, visual)
- Strong business and financial acumen, along with analytical and quantitative skills
- An entrepreneurial self-starter with the capability to influence at all levels, including Board level
Desired Qualifications- MBA or Master's Degree
- Experience as Chief of Staff or strategic advisor to a C-level executive
- Background in consulting & research firms
- Experience in Acquisitions & Divestitures
- Familiarity with the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) goal-setting process
What's in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$214, 200.00 - $302, 400.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
