Pay: $98, 000 - $167, 900
What you will do The Brand Manager, US Oral Care is responsible for helping shape innovation strategy, forecasting, and developing go to market E2E plans on US innovation projects. Brand Manager will also lead strategic 2YOP and key customer initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of innovative brand strategies to drive growth and market share
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the market to create unique brand experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and campaigns that resonate with target audiences
- Manage the brand's innovation pipeline and drive continuous improvement in product offerings
- Stay ahead of competitors by monitoring industry trends and consumer insights to inform brand decisions
- Develop and execute strategic brand innovation initiatives to support key products and external development opportunities
- Lead cross-functional product teams and marketing communications staff to drive brand objectives and increase brand awareness
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts to secure significant news coverage
- Provide counsel on messaging consistency, strategic communications initiatives, and effective public relations efforts
- Create and implement customer loyalty programs through primary and secondary research
- Segment customers and identify unmet needs through database mining techniques
- Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities for team members
- Assign and review customer and competitor analyses to inform product preferences, potentials, and market trends
- Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers to develop product concepts and mockups for market research
- Analyze market access data and feasibility research to inform global branding and pricing strategies
- Implement and maintain key marketing vehicles such as eBusiness strategy, promotional media, and business plans
What we are looking for Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, advanced degree preferred
- 6-8 years of experience in brand management or innovation within the marketing industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to align function strategy with organizational strategy and direction
- Influence and manage stakeholders at senior levels in a matrix organization
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative brand initiatives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record leading large teams through transformation and elevating capabilities
- Strong leadership experience in consumer packaged goods environment
- Agile and adaptable with strong change management capabilities
What's in it for you - Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98, 000 to $167, 900. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
