What you will do The
Associate Brand Manager, Influencer Marketing is responsible for leading and shaping our LISTERINE® Ambassador and influencer strategy and programs, ultimately with the goal to drive reach and relevancy with our consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and closely collaborates with LISTERINE® influencer agency of record
- Build upon the success of current Ambassador strategy and execution, inclusive but not limited to evaluating current ambassadors, identifying and onboarding new partners, and driving further connectivity between ambassador program and point of sale
- Develop, design, and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies with agency partner to build trust with multiple communities, increase reach, and drive engagement with the brand
- Point of contact to for customer teams, overseeing the creation of campaign briefs, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the brand, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with closely with LISTERINE® associate brand managers to ensure connectivity between paid and organic channels
- Manage seeding strategy in partnership with Paid Media & Comms ABM
- Oversee influencer budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources by analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize influencer partnerships and maximize ROI
- Develop and deliver campaign shareouts to share performance, learnings, and insights to stakeholders across the organization
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve in influencer marketing
- Analyze market trends and competitor information to make recommendations for future influencer marketing programs
What we are looking forRequired Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or a related business field is required
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Previous brand management or agency experience is required
- Proven ability to understand a consumer target and position a brand/project/innovation
- Works well independently while possessing strong leadership & communication skills and a demonstrated history of building collaborative, lasting relationships that deliver business results
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities successfully
- Ability to work closely with cross functional and other internal teams
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop unique influencer marketing initiatives
- Experience executing brand-level influencer marketing campaigns and ability to turn learnings into actions for future campaigns to ensure improved results over time
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends in influencer marketing
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions

What's in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$110, 500.00 - $156, 000.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
