As Senior Associate in the Firmwide Privacy Office, you will be supporting the design and development of our privacy metrics and governance program. You will work closely with key stakeholders to implement privacy strategies that align with our firm's goals. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our privacy practices meet global standards and support our data-driven initiatives.
Job Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of privacy metrics to monitor the effectiveness of privacy programs and initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to privacy compliance and risk management.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate privacy performance to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) for privacy initiatives.
- Support the Privacy Office in identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in privacy practices.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in privacy metrics and analytics.
- Experience with metrics design and development, perform hands-on data analysis and managing development of metrics dashboards
- Hands on experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Confluence
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, metrics development, or a related field, preferably within privacy or compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
- Knowledge of global privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Ability to work independently and manage relationships across functions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Experience in privacy and metrics management at a financial institution.
- Privacy certifications such as CIPM or CIPP a plus
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
