As a Product Manager within the Wholesale Credit Risk Forecasting team, you will be a key member focusing on delivering products to our end users. You will play a lead role in the end-to-end development and implementation of key Wholesale Credit projects, including defining roadmap and promoting the integration with Technology platforms, ensuring controls are met and delivering solutions to users. Additionally, with a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will collaborate with Wholesale Credit model developers, Tech partners and business partners on solutions pertaining to stress forecasting and allowance calculations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Manage end-to-end delivery including overseeing the requirements, defining the project scope, model development, testing and delivery; focus will be on the end-to-end analytics infrastructure aspects
  • Play a leadership role in the design, architecture and implementation of the firm's next generation stress and risk analytics platform for Wholesale Credit alongside Technology and the Business
  • Work with technology and the business on the development of its strategic analytics platform as well as support the implementation and integration of models into the firms delivery platforms


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience within large Financial Services firms and basic level of domain knowledge in Credit Risk
  • Experience working with Technology and UX Design colleagues and discussing technical designs
