JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is hiring a Payments Liquidity & Account Solutions Product Manager - Vice President in Jersey City, NJ. This is a full-time position.

Lead the modernization of real-time global liquidity and yield optimization solutions for the world's most complex corporate and financial institution clients.

As a Product Manager / Product Development Vice President in Liquidity & Account Solutions, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

JPMorganChase Payments Liquidity & Account Solutions (L& AS) provides a broad range of solutions that help clients manage global operating liquidity in real time. We support large multinational corporate and financial institution clients in managing liquidity across legal entities, geographies, currencies, and time zones. The liquidity, account, and escrow landscape is rapidly evolving as new technologies and fintech entrants emerge, cash flows become increasingly 24x7, and regulatory, legal, tax, and market complexity continues to grow-making continued platform modernization and innovation critical to delivering client value and sustaining growth.

Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers and advances L& AS strategic change priorities (including platform transformation/modernization)
  • Manages discovery efforts, market research, and stakeholder dialogue to uncover customer solutions, emerging client needs, and product opportunities; integrates these into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables agile delivery in support of the overall strategic roadmap, target capability gaps, and value proposition
  • Drives strategic execution of key program milestones (e.g., GLASS), partnering with product, technology, operations, and functional teams across regions and lines of business
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, reliability/resiliency, and client experience outcomes
  • Develops and communicates well-structured commercial cases to prioritize work, assess commercial and operational viability, and support decisions that defend and grow revenue
  • Contributes to the evolution of the operating model, data analytics capabilities, and governance framework across the product suite and platform
  • Develops a rich understanding of the Wholesale Liquidity & Escrow product suite and infrastructure, including drivers of revenue, capability gaps vs. industry/customer needs, and current business priorities
  • Builds relationships with functional and line of business stakeholders across regions to successfully drive delivery outcomes


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, product development, or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience operating effectively in cross-functional agile teams (product, technology, operations) to execute complex change programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to define, monitor, and improve product success metrics (including reliability/resiliency, risk posture, cost, and client outcomes)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to structure narratives and drive alignment/decisions with senior stakeholders


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex, global organization across regions and lines of business
  • Familiarity with liquidity, cash management, account/escrow, or wholesale payments products and/or platform modernization
