As an Experience Product Director in Operational Risk and Controls, Controls Room, you will lead the product vision and roadmap for the Control Manager experience product, analytics, and automation team. You will unify data, experience, and agent-based platforms into a single user-experience-based solution that improves day-to-day productivity and decision quality. You will advance analytics from reactive reporting to predictive insight through generative artificial intelligence and modern analytical practices. You will own product performance, manage delivery risk, and ensure outcomes align to cost, feature quality, reusability, reliability, and adoption metrics.
Job Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap for the Control Manager experience product, analytics, and automation capabilities.
- Align stakeholders on outcomes, scope, sequencing, and measurable success criteria across the product portfolio.
- Integrate data, experience, and agent-based platforms into one cohesive user experience that reduces friction and improves productivity.
- Deliver predictive insights by implementing generative artificial intelligence solutions and strengthening analytical patterns, data quality, and governance.
- Modernize automation and reporting by identifying emerging technologies and translating them into practical delivery plans.
- Lead end-to-end product life cycle execution from discovery through delivery, adoption, and iterative enhancement.
- Manage product risks by anticipating operational, technology, model, and delivery issues and driving mitigations through governance.
- Measure and report product performance using outcome-based metrics, adoption indicators, and reliability measures to guide prioritization.
- Invest in enhancements that improve customer experience, reduce cost to serve, and increase reuse and scalability across business controls groups and all internal lines of defense.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 8+ years of experience leading product strategy and delivery for enterprise platforms that serve risk, controls, operations, or governance users.
- Proven ability to build and execute multi-year roadmaps while balancing cost, features, reusability, reliability, and business outcomes.
- Strong product leadership across the full life cycle, including discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of generative artificial intelligence product patterns, including responsible use, quality controls, and performance measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, and delivery plans.
- Effective people leadership with a track record of coaching and developing teams and technical partners.
- Strong partnership and influence skills across technology, design, business, and corporate stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to senior leadership audiences.
- Systems-thinking and organizational structure mindset: able to map and optimize across people, process, data, and technology.
