Join our Controls Governance & Insights team and help shape the future of risk and control for our Commercial & Investment Bank. You'll collaborate with talented colleagues across the business, leveraging your analytical expertise to deliver insights that drive meaningful action and sustainable outcomes.

As a Vice President, Control Insights Lead in the Controls Governance & Insights team, you will deliver compelling narratives and actionable data to support senior decision-making for the Commercial & Investment Bank. You'll partner with stakeholders across Control Management, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal to aggregate and analyze significant risk and control topics. Your work will enable informed decisions, proactive risk management, and lasting business impact.

Job Responsibilities
  • Aggregate and interpret risk, control, and performance data to deliver executive-ready insights for senior management
  • Develop clear, impactful stories and presentations that drive decision-making and accountability
  • Build strong relationships across business, risk, compliance, and technology to facilitate robust discussions
  • Identify and escalate material issues and emerging risks, supporting remediation and sustainable outcomes
  • Produce concise executive reporting and thematic analysis to inform business strategy, leveraging advanced tools such as LLM Suite, Alteryx, Tableau, and others


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Control Management, Risk/Compliance, Data Analytics, or Business Management within financial services
  • Advanced storytelling and executive communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics into decision-ready materials
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience turning large datasets into actionable insights with high attention to detail
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills; ability to influence across functions
  • Proficiency with data visualization and executive reporting tools such as LLM Suite, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in first line of defense Control Management within a global financial institution
  • Familiarity with Commercial & Investment Bank products and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency with executive presentation and data visualization tools; experience producing leadership-quality materials (e.g., PitchPro+ or similar)
