As a Senior Product Associate on the MS Commercialization Deal Desk Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product delivery process and discovering innovative solutions. You will work closely with Sales and Product managers, contributing your skills to ensure the success of our product offerings. You will represent JPM Merchant Services, advocating for the value we bring to potential deals. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to learn, lead, and make a tangible impact on our products and customer experiences.

Job responsibilities
  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Be a leading voice on the value that JPMChase is bringing to the merchant, implement existing pricing and revenue curves, work to ensure MS Deal profitability
  • Collaborate with Sales and CS& I to fully understand each merchants unique MIDS, Legacy Products, Legal Entities, and Implementation needs
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates deal metrics including, Net Revenue Per Transaction (NRPT) Contribution Margin (CM) product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Previous experience in Merchant Services or Payments is a plus
  • Previous experience with client facing roles or implementations also a plus
