As Chief of Staff / Lead Technical Program Manager for Corporate Data and Analytics Services, you will drive the successful planning and execution of the team's roadmap, communications plan, and associated logistics to help the organization achieve its business goals across the firm. Your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential in facilitating the organization's ability to deliver innovative solutions while effectively managing resources and budgets. Your ability to analyze, reason, and adapt will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and changes, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage/Coordinate Quarterly Town Halls: Act as the central coordination point-managing speakers, content, and global logistics. Coordinate with the PowerPoint team for materials creation.
  • Provide logistics oversight for the CTO: Manage travel events and planning around site visits, ensuring all pieces are in place through coordination with local teams.
  • Manage CDAS-specific recognition events and activities for Global Technology and Corporate Technology.
  • Own/Manage central communication and communications planning for CDAS.
  • Own and manage departmental OKR process and global coordination of outcomes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive organizational plans, incorporating requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery and efficient day-to-day operations within the Data Platform Engineering team.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain operational momentum and support timely mitigation of risks, implementation of controls, and completion of audit validations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Business Management (F& BM), engineering, and business stakeholders, to define operational scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and budget plans.
  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including developing reporting and visualizations to measure performance against key objectives.
  • Champion the adoption of strategic methodologies and solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, and supporting major change initiatives to drive operational improvements within the division.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management, leading complex projects and programs in a large organization.
  • Highly organized and able to communicate directly with senior staff and management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prepare various management reports to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, able to execute and act based on direction and own the outcomes.
  • Ability to support recruiting and new-hire onboarding efforts for the team, identifying and coordinating opportunities for team-wide learning and professional development.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to forge relationships, indirectly lead, and gain consensus on processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, forecasting, and resource management needs, ensuring alignment with financial plans and operational objectives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services.
