Sustainability Generalist Intern
This part-time position within the Office of Sustainability will support internal communications, dashboards, employee engagement, and benchmarking research, focused on environmental sustainability. The intern will receive guidance, training, and mentoring from colleagues in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.
REPONSIBILITIES
Expected hours/duration of intern:
Must be available to work part-time (20 hours/week) from January to December. Students must be able to provide their own transportation to the location. Students must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require future sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future.
Qualifications:
The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
