Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Business Technology (CBT) Technical Product Owner to lead the Legal Work Management product portfolio, driving innovation and excellence in legal service delivery through the ServiceNow platform.

As a Technical Product Owner, you’ll craft product strategy, guide global agile squads, and deliver impactful solutions that improve the experience and effectiveness of our legal teams. What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Legal Work Management product portfolio, including solution design, product lifecycle management, prioritization, and financial oversight.
  • Align product roadmaps and delivery plans with global business goals through close collaboration with partners.
  • Champion consistency and scalability of ServiceNow-based solutions across regions.
  • Partner with Product and Enterprise Architects to ensure robust, future-ready platforms.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of platform solutions—from design and testing to deployment and support.
  • Guide agile squads and coordinate with cross-functional teams including PMO and Tech Services.

What You’ll Bring

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 8–10 years leading complex, global technology programs.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including roadmap development (certifications a plus).
  • Proven leadership in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and partner engagement skills.
  • Experience inspiring change across diverse organizational landscapes.
  • Expertise in technology lifecycle management and transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in budget planning, resource management, and portfolio oversight.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable, user-focused solutions.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Work Management, ITSM, or HRSD.
  • Understanding of compliance, security, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience managing hybrid SaaS and custom-built environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Dedication to building inclusive, collaborative team cultures.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $120, 000- $207, 000 USD
