Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst supporting Ethicon Quality & Compliance. The position is located in Raritan, NJ.

This role will report the Financials for the Quality organization within the Ethicon Franchise for both the US and OUS sites as well as support many of the budget owners in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the reporting/monitoring of actual and forecasted spend and headcount within the global consolidations tool and within the local accounting system, on a monthly basis, as well as each major forecast cycle update.
  • Work with business partners to build detailed annual business plans for Ethicon Home Office Quality cost centers
  • Provide monthly BVA’s to business partners.
  • Work with the financial reporting, headcount COE and other supply chain finance teams to ensure actual spend and headcount reconciles to corporate submissions, financial statements, etc.
  • Complete bridging items and variance analysis on spend and headcount at each quarter close and forecast cycle.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly cross charging through intercompany and journal entries as needed.
  • Approve capital requests based on capital budgets. Provide quarterly CIP commentary and assist business partners to close capital projects in a timely manner.
  • Support local supply chain, R& D and commercial leaders.
  • Assist finance and business partners with ad hoc requests, including systems assistance, eMarketplace, gCRAFT, Workday, Blackline.
  • Liaise with FP& A and business partners regarding targets, guidelines, transfers, etc.
  • Liaise with Finance Quality support in the various MT franchises

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of finance related experience is required.
  • Prior Supply Chain & Cost Accounting experiences are preferred.
  • A MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certifications are preferred.
  • Professional with strong communication skills who is able to interact with senior management is required
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into opportunities as well as solid framing and communication skills are required.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions).
  • Strong financial analysis skills, the ability to partner with people at all organizational levels internally and externally, operate with a high degree of independence and the proven ability to lead and collaborate in a highly complex environment is required.
  • The position may require up to 10% travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

$77, 000- $124, 200

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
