The Program and Project Management Lead is accountable for program management and the leading of dispersed project teams in the delivery of high-profile global employee health and well-being programs and services across the Employee Health & Well-Being (EHW) portfolio. The latter is in support of Johnson & Johnson's ongoing commitment to employee total well-being.
This role includes the strategic and tactical leadership/ownership of an internal or external health and well-being program. Program management may include direct oversight of vendors and other third-party providers.
The role also includes project management responsibilities including planning and resource management of new product offerings as well as enhancements to existing policies, programs and services. This individual will utilize best in class project management practices to measure and report on the accomplishment of program goals, while ensuring risk mitigation and timely service delivery.
The role is also responsible for strategic and tactical leadership of global teams as well as internal and external partners to ensure success in the launch of total health and well-being strategies while promoting continuous improvement to deliver future projects effectively in support of the EHW goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Understand the EHW employee health & well-being products, services, and annual priorities and represent these offerings in overall project scheduling and management.
- Accountable and responsible for delivering project management excellence through:
- Planning and execution of employee health & well-being projects and well-being programs across the J& J Enterprise.
- Defining and managing project schedules, resource plans, issues, risks, and communication plans based on the project scope of work.
- Communicating effectively with all partners regarding project status, issues, and risks, and develop mitigation efforts, as necessary. Oversee the effective implementation process and resources for high-quality solution delivery.
- Assuming end-to-end accountability of product delivery from planning to steady state.
- Ownership of a moderate sized health and well-being program which may include external engagements and coordination with external vendors and partners.
- Find opportunities to drive continuous improvement in efficient product delivery based on lessons learned and retrospective feedback from team members.
- Collaborate with EHW, Total Rewards, and HR partners to lead and influence the strategic delivery of integrated well-being promotion strategies.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications, JJT, Finance, Privacy, Quality Assurance, Total Rewards, and cross-functional partners on execution strategy.

- Minimum of 6 years of Global program and/or project management experience is required
- Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and facilitate innovative thinking to solve problems is required.
- Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills is required.
- Able to successfully lead multiple programs and demonstrate strong business acumen is required.
- Experience working with global matrixed teams is required.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience in executing change management strategies is preferred.
- Experience in data-driven evaluation and demonstrating program impact via visual representation is preferred.
- Experience in delivering complex business-oriented and technical projects
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders at all levels is preferred.
- Experience with collaborative team software tools (SharePoint, JIRA, MS Teams) is preferred.
- This position is located in New Brunswick, NJ and may require up to 10% travel.
Additional Information:
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100, 000 to $172, 500 annually.
- The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
