Summary:

The Manager, Market Access Insights & Analytics will be a strategic and trusted advisor to SCG Regional Payers and Government Account (RGA) partners, with a focus supporting Payer Accounts and Market Access. They should be familiar with syndicated data and market dynamics pertaining to formulary coverage, reimbursement, buy-and-bill and patient affordability. This position will deliver key insights from Payer Account analytics and be responsible for innovating and managing market access tools. Understanding of Medicaid and Regional Payers would be helpful.
Duties:

Design and implement integrated analytics to inform market access and sales pull-through strategies and tactics for Payer Accounts. This includes determining efficient analytic approaches and statistical methods, working with supplier partners, encouraging strong partnerships in the context of resources, timing, and overall project goals.
  • Develop new insights and actionable recommendations and influence business partners at all levels to incorporate in decision making.
  • Work closely with the team to evaluate and design innovative approaches in utilizing Payer data in addressing business questions.
  • Handle operational support for various market access tools and reports used by our SCG RGA partners.
  • Lead strategic analytics projects with a focus on specific business questions.
  • Work closely with SCG Strategy and Operations team to identify enhancement opportunities for existing analytics & reports
  • Synthesize large and complex data sets necessary to answer key business questions and uncover relevant insights
  • Find opportunities to partner with CIS and Customer Engagement and Digital Transformation (AA, MAIA, etc.) to drive impact for brand or franchise and drive organizational efficiencies.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required.
  • Working knowledge of pharma and managed markets data sources (to include IQVIA, Symphony Health, formulary data, AHA & DRG Managed Markets) required.
  • Knowledge of market access dynamics (e.g. payers, specialty pharmacy, patient access) required.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) required.
  • Ability to coordinate, integrate, and analyze large data sources and draw cohesive conclusions required.
  • Ability to influence all levels of the organization and to engage across a broad range of business partners and functions required.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously required.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and presentation) required.
  • Ability to learn/apply Rx, patient claims, and managed markets data sources (e.g. IQVIA, SHS, formulary data) preferred.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (model selection and hypothesis testing, statistical inference, promotional response modeling etc.) and experience with real-world applications preferred.
  • Experience using sophisticated data methodologies and tools (e.g Tableau, SQL, Dataiku) preferred.
  • Ability to craft and influence organizational decision-making preferred.
  • Demonstrated success solving business problems and generating useful insights and recommendations preferred.
  • Strength in storytelling, data visualization and developing effective presentations for an audience of Senior Leaders preferred.
  • Knowledge across a broad spectrum of analytic approaches / data sources and ability to identify appropriate approach to address key business questions preferred.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity; strong learning agility and demonstrated success solving ambiguous business issues preferred.
  • This position is based in Titusville, NJ and will require up to 10% domestic travel
The base pay range for this position is $99, 000 to $170, 200. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
