Purpose
The Manager, Compliance Data Enablement is a core member of the Compliance Data Management, Analytics and Reporting (CDMAR) team reporting to the Senior Manager, Compliance Data Enablement, HCC Global Operations. The Manager Compliance Data Enablement partners with the CDMAR leadership team to develop the strategy and drive execution of the CDMAR portfolio including system development, configuration, deployment, support and governance, and access. The Manager Compliance Data Enablement supports all HCC Operations functions (Global Transparency Reporting, Global Assessment and Consulting Services etc.) and the HCC teams across all sectors (Med Tech and Innovative Medicine) and all functions (Supply Chain, R& D etc.).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
$100, 000- $173, 500 USD$Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
