Job Duties: Function as engineering manager that involves hands-on development work for Quality Management Systems projects. Develop innovative solutions to meet changing business needs in systems like Salesforce, ETQ, or Trackwise. We require leadership and creativity to work within a large IT service delivery organization to drive business solutions. Lead assigned projects from a technical perspective. Do hands-on configuration and coding using dev-ops and CI/CD tools like Bitbucket and Jenkins. Develop data exchanges using APIs. Build reports and dashboards as needed. Clarify vague requirements and deliver high-quality business benefits on time and on budget. Transfer knowledge to the support team upon delivery. Follow processes and facilitate change requests from project conception through hyper care in alignment with J& J policies, procedures, and testing guidelines as part of release management. Maintain working relationships with diverse groups of people. Align design standards with enterprise architects and developers. Collect customer insights and drive continuous improvement for efficiency, scalability, and cost reduction. Evaluate potential technical solutions together for incoming demand. Build impact assessments and development cost estimates for services. Manage the service delivery budget and present service performance to management. Plan, select, and schedule approved vendors, then coordinate their work. Lead and manage other developer resources that may report to this position.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field followed by 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in an IT Manager Quality Systems Engineer-related occupation.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
$179, 982 - $188, 000/yearAdditional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
