Job Description:

We are seeking the best talent for a Customer Experience IT Lead within the Deliver Customer Experience development product group in the Supply Chain Technology Service Organization. This role is located Raritan, NJ.

In order to plan and provide high-value capabilities for the important business functions of the J& J Supply Chain organizations, the Technology Services Lead will oversee a Digital Contracting area working closely with Business and Product Team for Technical Solutions and define the technical roadmap for Digital Contracting.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Laison between Business and Product partners and help them shape the technical roadmap for Digital contracting area. The focus will be pricing and contracting for Johnson & Johnson Innovative medicine.
  • Identify the current-state and solution the future needs keeping with latest Technology stack in consideration,
  • Lead financials to balance portfolio budget and new demand as well as identifying cost triggers within the E2E process to help identify CIPs (Cost improvements)
  • Technical owner for all the applications related to pricing and contracting for Johnson & Johnson Innovative medicine and managing the environment and platform accordingly.
  • Manage multiple projects and serve as a key resource on other larger projects and services as an SME with cross-functional team members.
  • Develop a keen understanding of sell side contracting needs.
  • Partner closely with business technology leaders and internal and external technology partners to build and support product solutions that manage over $50B in revenue. You will apply this knowledge to improve key business outcomes.
  • Ensures information security, compliance requirements (such as SOx) are met, coordinates corresponding SDLC and agile documentation activities, and participates in compliance review activities as required.
  • Identify process and/or technology opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead solution development as Technology Services Lead as per project plans and service level targets by operations are met.
  • Work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others and must be results oriented, and demonstrate a go-getter / can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in digital leadership, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years with an industry-leading Pricing and Contracting solutions; preferably in Model-N (or comparable industry leading solution).
  • Agile development experience, SDLC methodology, Risk management including Security.
  • The ability to synthesize leadership and partner inputs into decisions, to drive projects of medium to high level of complexity, and to be comfortable operating among senior partners.
  • Ability to estimate required effort for project objectives and prioritize work items appropriately.
  • Experience in Database skills with ability to analyze performance of SQLs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  • Consulting experience in commercial and supply chain CX space and demonstrated strength in examining issues, shaping strategy & influencing effectively across the organization, driving people, process & technology change.
  • Process understanding of sell side contracting and pricing.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading technical teams and collaborating closely with business executives.
  • Understanding Pharms module for Model-N powered by flex.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

$91, 000 - $147, 200

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
