We are searching for the best talent to join our MedTech Surgery team as an Associate Director, New Product Development for our Biosurgery Platform, located in Raritan, NJ.
Purpose:
The Associate Director, R& D Biosurgery will serve as a key technical leader in our new product development team. This team of scientists, engineers, and technical specialists are in the forefront of technology in the medical device industry. As a key member of our group, you will be making vital contributions to the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline and improving patient care through innovation. This role provides an opportunity to bring exciting new biosurgery products to market while also providing the opportunity for leadership and significant professional growth.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is [$173, 500] to [$235, 000]
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
