Job Description
Heart to Heart Health Care Services LLC is hiring a Regional Program Director in Toms River, NJ. This is a full-time position.
Heart to Heart is seeking a dedicated professional to perform duties as a Regional Program Director at our Group Home Programs throughout Central New Jersey. The Regional Director will provide oversight for the development and implementation of programs at Heart to Heart. This position will provide quality assurance, oversight, support and training at all programs within the designated region to ensure that the programs meet licensing, funding and accreditation requirements. The Regional Program Director will supervise Group Home Program Directors and program staff and ensure that all program staff are receiving appropriate training and direction and will work in conjunction with support staff (Director of Nursing, Behavior Support Specialist) to ensure that the services provided are effective and as strong as possible.
