This role is ideal for a planner who brings both technical land use expertise and the ability to evaluate economic impacts, feasibility, and development strategy in support of public and private sector projects. For more information, visit: www.gpinet.com What Youll Do Prepare and manage land use planning studies, zoning analyses, and entitlement strategiesConduct economic and market analysis to support development feasibility, redevelopment planning, and investment decisionsEvaluate fiscal impacts, cost-benefit scenarios, and economic drivers for land development and infrastructure projectsSupport municipal planning initiatives, master plans, and redevelopment studiesCollaborate with engineers, environmental scientists, and project managers on multidisciplinary projectsPrepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables with clear data-driven insightsEngage with municipal agencies, stakeholders, and clients throughout project lifecycles What Were Looking For Bachelors or Masters degree in Urban Planning, Economics, Public Policy, or related field5+ years of land use planning experience with demonstrated economic analysis capabilitiesStrong knowledge of zoning, redevelopment regulations, and permitting processes in New JerseyExperience with economic modeling, fiscal impact analysis, or market studiesProficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis tools (GIS experience is a plus)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAICP certification is required
