The RoleAs the Manager, HR Effectiveness, you will serve as a highly trusted partner to and work closely with HR leaders across global commercialization. This role blends strategic coordination, operational excellence, program management, communications, and employee experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment and enjoys owning initiatives end-to-end with significant autonomy. You will operate as a "right hand" to Commercialization HR leadership-driving key people initiatives, orchestrating programs and events, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling leaders and teams to execute effectively at scale.
You will lead and coordinate a broad range of activities including employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, onboarding experiences, talent processes, communications, reporting and analytics, special projects, and strategic HR operations support across a growing global organization.
This role requires exceptional organizational capability, strong judgment, executive presence, attention to detail, and the ability to independently navigate ambiguity while driving results and impact.
Key Responsibilities• Lead and coordinate HR programs, initiatives, and strategic priorities across Global Commercialization, ensuring strong execution, stakeholder alignment, communication, and follow-through.
• Serve as a trusted partner to Commercialization HR leadership, translating business and people priorities into actionable plans and driving progress across a complex, matrixed global organization.
• Independently manage multiple projects and operational activities from planning through execution, proactively tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and commitments to ensure successful outcomes.
• Act as a central point of coordination across HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to drive alignment, communication, and execution of key people initiatives.
• Support and coordinate key HR processes, including talent reviews, engagement surveys, performance management, compensation cycles, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness initiatives, and reporting and analytics.
• Lead and support employee engagement, recognition, onboarding, leadership events, conferences, team experiences, and other initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, communications, dashboards, reports, briefing materials, and recommendations, synthesizing complex information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational effectiveness, leverage technology and AI-enabled tools, and drive continuous improvement across HR programs and workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, travel, team events, and other operational activities supporting Commercialization HR initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across functions, geographies, and organizational levels while maintaining professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality in all interactions.
About You• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field preferred, with 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, HR operations, program management, employee experience, talent operations, business operations, chief of staff, or related roles.
• Proven ability to operate independently, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and drive execution in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, global organization; experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous priorities into actionable plans, influence without authority, and successfully navigate competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Strong business acumen, judgment, and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, stakeholder management, project coordination, and operational execution skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across functions, levels, and geographies.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, Microsoft 365, and related business tools.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, communications, dashboards, and materials for senior leaders.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with a strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in ambiguity and dynamic environments.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance communication, analysis, project management, and operational effectiveness is a plus.

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$89, 600.00---$134, 400.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
