The Director of Sales & Business Development will primarily be responsible for sales growth (example: 5% bookings growth year over year) by ensuring we are achieving/exceeding our Sales goals. The Director of Sales & Business Development should be prepared to focus on enduring existing customer loyalty and satisfaction while growing our business by adding new strategic partnerships and adding new customers to our organization. This will be accomplished through proven repetitive processes with key measures in place, effective marketing strategies, competitive research/analysis, creative pricing, and relationship development.
