At ERM, we’re looking for a Managing Consultant, Air Quality & Environmental Compliance to join our team in Ewing, NJ—a strategic, client-facing role where your expertise directly influences how leading organizations navigate complex environmental regulations while advancing sustainable operations. This is more than a technical role—it’s an opportunity to guide high-impact decisions, build lasting client partnerships, and contribute to cleaner air and stronger environmental outcomes across industries.

In this role, you’ll help organizations meet regulatory expectations while enabling operational efficiency and long-term sustainability. Your leadership will drive meaningful outcomes—supporting safer processes, healthier communities, and credible environmental stewardship.
For the Managing Consultant, Air Quality & Environmental Compliance position, the anticipated annual base pay is $103, 967–$132, 573 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
