JOB DESCRIPTION

Chubb is hiring a ServiceNow HR Business Analyst to join our growing team!

This role operates on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in our Whitehouse Station, NJ, Jersey City, NJ or New York City offices.

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee system administration for ServiceNow technology (HR case management, knowledge management, portal)
  • Partners with Stakeholders and vendors to determine business needs, defines functional/technical specifications, troubleshoot issues, and implement initiatives
  • Stays up to date on new functionality and complimentary solutions to support the business
  • Collaborates with the COEs to ensure systems support new processes/changes to provide the optimal team member experience.
  • Make recommendations on improving system performance and functionality.
  • Support system integrations or system enhancement projects.
  • Manages testing, creates and reviews specifications, reviews/manages the creation of test scenarios, and oversees testing of the system.
  • Manages deployment and testing of system patches/new releases and enhancements.
  • Guides HR Support Specialists to resolve complex technical issues raised by team members and managers.
