JOB DESCRIPTION

Chubb is hiring for an Employee Relations Specialist!

This role operates on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Ideally, the ER Specialist will sit in our Philadelphia, PA or Whitehouse Station, NJ offices. Other Chubb office locations may be considered.

There is flexibility to fill this position at a lower job grade for qualified candidates not meeting the exact level of experience outlined.

Essential Job Functions
  • Provides consultation, support and guidance to Managers and HR Business Partners in assigned areas.
  • Manages performance or conduct issues in accordance with employment policies and practices.
  • Conducts investigations of employee complaints and disputes within company policy; ensures appropriate documentation of findings and recommends corrective action and/or appropriate resolution.
  • Provide training and coaching to managers on best practices for employee relations, disciplinary procedures and compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborates with management to identify, develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Proactively provides consultation to identify and mitigate risks related to organization changes.
