As a Chubb Associate, you will be in a full-time position within the Claims Large Commercial Segmentation and you will experience:

Under direct supervision initially, handle a diverse mix of professional lines claims, including directors' and officers' liability claims.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Develop skills to handle caseload of professional liability claims, including evaluating coverage, retaining outside counsel, documenting file, and participating in and influencing the outcome of the resolution of files
• Develop customer relation skills to allow for communication directly with agents, insureds, clients, claimants and other customers
• Develop negotiation skills to allow for direct participation in the resolution of claim files
• Become educated in general legal and insurance principals
