Description:

This is a full-time internship position for our Summer rotation, from June 2, 2025 through August 22, 2025 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

The intern should be able to provide support to various strategic projects that are started or in progress, including planning meetings, completing assigned tasks, and managing stakeholders.

WHAT AWAITS YOU.
  • Assist team project managers with project work as needed
  • Hands-on experience with 3D modeling software and proficiency in operating 3D printers
  • Conduct iterative testing and make necessary adjustments to 3D designs based on feedback
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Undertaking various project administrative tasks including meeting minutes, and setting up meetings
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time


WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or university
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
  • Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior
  • Field of study: Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
  • Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
  • Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
  • Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)
  • Background in systems infrastructure
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Ability to lead without authority to deliver these projects
  • Ability to collaborate better to achieve a common goal
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Languages: English (Fluent, Oral, and written)

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30

The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
