Description:

This is a full-time internship position for our Summer Rotation, from June 2, 2025 through August 22, 2025 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support development, oversight, operations, and logistics for video and photo shoots
  • Managing trucking vendor relationships, shoot schedules and helping manage the fleet
  • Project management and agency steering for campaigns and productions.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of communication strategies and the coordination of marketing campaigns and events
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, experiential, and sales
  • Contributing to the creation of vehicle moves, ensuring vehicles are clean and arrive on time per each scheduled shoot
  • Assisting with the maintenance of brand consistency across all communications
  • Providing administrative support as needed, such as scheduling meetings and organizing files
  • Learning and applying industry best practices in brand communication and marketing
  • Organize, build and document all department items in compliance with ISO 9001


Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or university
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
  • Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at time of application
  • Field of study: Business, Marketing
  • Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
  • Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
  • Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)
  • Marketing or product management background
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team player and willing to collaborate with international and inter-departmental colleagues
  • Comfortable with public speaking in an office setting, All Hands Meetings, Department Meetings etc.


Preferences:
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30

The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20

The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
