POSITION SUMMARY: \n
Effective management of loading operations to include orders filling/loading of applicable delivery vehicles. Provide direction of 15-20 hourly employees. Oversees product breakage management.
\n
\n
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: \n
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
\n
\n- Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
\n- Expense control and implementing safety initiatives.
\n- Train others to assist in warehouse functions.
\n- Manage product loading and housekeeping.
\n- Recommend discipline to Warehouse Supervisor/Manager/Director regarding employee work rule violations.
\n- Tracks daily picking standards for warehouse associate productivity.
\n- Checks in drivers ending inventory through driver's hand held.
\n- Checks bulk picking orders for accuracy.
\n- Pulls bulk orders for warehouse pickers as needed.
\n- Covers delivery supervisors' responsibilities on Monday.
\n- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.\n

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION: \n
\n- Bachelor's Degree in related field and 2 years Warehouse Supervisory experience; OR 5 years Warehouse Supervisory experience.
\n- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
\n- Related training or certification.
\n- Experience working in a team environment.
\n
\n
\n
We offer a pay rate of $21 per hour. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Six (6) days of sick leave; two (2) weeks of vacation accrued throughout the year; nine (9) Company Paid Holidays and a 401K Plan with employer match.
