The IT Business Analyst partners with business users, vendors, and internal IT teams to support and enhance core business applications across Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and supply chain. The role splits time between supporting existing production systems and driving projects that design and deploy new or improved functionality, ensuring technology solutions align with current and future business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities \n
\n- Serve as a subject matter expert on core Business Applications, understanding business functions and helping users design more efficient processes and procedures.
\n- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, internal IT, and vendors to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
\n- Support and enhance corporate systems by troubleshooting issues, analyzing root causes, and recommending sustainable solutions.
\n- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and end-to-end process flows for enhancements and new initiatives.
\n- Ensure Business Applications and integrations (ERP, WMS/WCS, financial, BI/analytics, EDI/ASN, 3PL) meet evolving business needs and compliance standards.
\n- Proactively identify and assess risks or issues that may impact business operations and define technology-based mitigation or remediation plans.
\n- Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and release notes to support adoption of new or updated functionality.
\n- Support all phases of IT projects, including analysis, design, configuration/development coordination, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
\n- Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors on integrations, customizations, upgrades, and software releases.
\n- Coordinate and support UAT, training, and change management activities to enable successful rollout and user adoption.
\n- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships for application support and project work, including issue escalation and performance follow-up.

\n- Team-oriented mindset; able to build collaborative relationships and work across functions (Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, HR, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.).
\n- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
\n- Ability to decompose complex processes into clear, manageable components and identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
\n- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining quality and follow-through.

Experience and Credentials \n
\n- Minimum of 5 years of IT Business Analyst or similar experience supporting enterprise business applications.
\n- 5+ years' experience in the Beverage or other Manufacturing industry (required).
\n- Experience implementing and/or supporting enterprise-level systems such as ERP, WMS/WCS, financial systems, or BI/analytics platforms.
\n- Proficiency with common business and data tools, including databases, analytics, and project/task management applications.
\n- Hands-on experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Power BI).
\n- Experience with EDI tools and integrations related to Customer and Supplier transactions

We offer a competitive salary of $110-120k. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Six (6) days of sick leave; two (2) weeks of vacation accrued throughout the year; nine (9) Company Paid Holidays and a 401K Plan with employer match.
