Altra Federal Credit Union’s Trenton NJ office (inside the Trane Technologies plant) is seeking a motivated and member-focused individual to join our team in an entry-level Full-Time Member Service Representative I role, with a clear and supported pathway for advancement.
This position is designed for someone eager to build a career in financial services, beginning with foundational member support and growing into a Member Service Representative II and ultimately a Financial Services Representative. Through hands-on experience, ongoing training, and mentorship, the goal of this role is to develop internal talent and promote from within - empowering you to expand your skills, deepen your financial expertise, and take on greater responsibility over time.
