Your Responsibilities:

• Leading the Health Safety & Environmental department

• Planning of HSE related activities to ensure safety and sustainability regarding people, plant and processes

• Provision of project consultancy and safety risk assessments, providing training

• Performing of related financial planning and budgeting

• Operate the HSE management system, including meetings, inspections, resources, analysis of problems/deviations and corrective actions etc., collection and provision of know-how and expertise

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Min. 5 -7 years of working experience within the HSE area

• Occupational safety specialist experience

• Experience with Immission Control Act

• Experience in provision of project consultancy and safety risk assessments

• Experience in operating the HSE management system, including meetings, inspections, resources, analysis of problems/deviations and corrective actions etc.

• Experienced in providing trainings

• Being open-minded and challenging the status quo

• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
