Senior Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you'll lead high-value low- and medium-voltage power distribution projects for data centers and critical infrastructure customers, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.

What will you do?

• Manage complex customer projects from handover through commissioning and final delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project scope, risks, contracts, change orders, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate international teams and partners to achieve critical project milestones.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Prepare and oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning activities, and handover to service teams.

• Strategic mindset paired with strong execution capabilities

What qualifications will make you successful?

• 7+ years of Project Management experience in electrical, industrial, power distribution, or critical infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of low- and medium-voltage systems and power distribution solutions.
• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects and managing customer relationships.
• Commercial awareness, including project financials, risk management, and contract management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• PMP, IPMA, or similar certification is a plus.
• Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.
