The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build trust with patients while helping them navigate treatment recommendations and insurance benefits. Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans recommended by doctors Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements Coordinate scheduling for restorative, specialty, and follow-up treatment Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage Support treatment acceptance through clear communication and patient education Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment needs Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team members Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience Support office goals related to patient retention and treatment completion Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
