Groundskeeper

Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds, including mowing, trimming, weeding, watering, and mulching.Remove debris, trash, and litter from outdoor spaces, sidewalks, parking lots, and common areas.Perform seasonal duties such as leaf removal, snow shoveling, de-icing walkways, and planting flowers or shrubs.Ensure irrigation systems are functioning correctly and perform minor repairs as needed.Conduct routine inspections of outdoor lighting, fencing, signage, and pathways, reporting any necessary repairs to management.Maintain and clean outdoor furniture, playground equipment, and other shared amenities.Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as lawnmowers, blowers, trimmers, and hedge clippers.Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while using tools, chemicals, and equipment.
