In this role, you will support residents living in a structured group homelike environment, helping to ensure safety, stability, and dignity for individuals with mental health and other supportive care needs. Your shift can include reinforcing activities of daily living, meal preparation, encouraging engagement with fellow residents and providing supportive feedback and redirection As part of a mission-driven nonprofit, youll contribute to Harbor Cares commitment to providing housing, healthcare, and wraparound services that empower individuals to live stable, healthy lives. Schedule & Compensation: Per Diem (flexible scheduling)1st Shift: $17/hour (7: 00 AM 3: 00 PM)2nd Shift: $18/hour (3: 00 PM 11: 00 PM)3rd Shift: $19/hour (11: 00 PM 7: 00 AM) $1, 000 Sign-on Bonus! Key Responsibilities: As Support Staff, you will be part of a team that creates a safe, supportive, and respectful homelike environment for residents in our group homes. Your work will directly contribute to improving quality of life and helping individuals maintain stability and independence. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will assist residents with daily routines, support medication administration (after certification) and help maintain a safe and respectful living environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of all residentsSupport daily routines and structured living environmentAdminister medications after required training and certificationEstablish and maintain professional boundariesRespond appropriately to emergencies and follow protocolsCommunicate and report incidents or concerns to leadershipAssist with documentation, data entry, and file maintenanceSupport residents in accessing community services and appointmentsParticipate in staff meetings, trainings, and team collaboration
