Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues while clearly communicating findings and outcomes to management. Responsible for troubleshooting and addressing refrigeration, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and control system problems; performing or recommending appropriate corrective actions; and accurately documenting solutions. Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Report equipment failures, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

• Diagnose issues and develop root cause corrective actions for refrigeration, plumbing, and air compressor systems.

• Identify recurring failure trends and recommend proactive maintenance strategies to prevent future issues.

• Maintain advanced technical expertise in troubleshooting and servicing mechanical and electrical systems.

• Mentor and train technicians in key competency areas; develop and standardize procedures and best practices.

• Lead mechanical and electrical repair efforts, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.

• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance activities.

• Provide on-call support for maintenance needs, including troubleshooting, repairs, and technical guidance.

• HS Diploma

• Technical Certification (one of the following: Refrigeration, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC, Six Sigma)

• 5+ yrs experience in maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment

• 5+ yrs mechanical and electrical skills
  5+ yrs strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office

• Experience with PLC systems, drives, and HMIs

• Working knowledge of plumbing systems

• Experience with refrigeration systems
